2. WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES (SUMMARY)
For full booking terms, please refer to your specific signed Wedding Contract.

  • Pricing & VAT: All wedding package prices quoted on this website or in consumer brochures are fully inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.
  • Securing a Date: A booking is only secured upon receipt of a completed contract and the required non-refundable booking fee.
  • Balances: The remaining balance is strictly due one calendar month prior to your wedding date.
  • Travel: Quoted prices include travel within a 100-mile radius of Stirling. Travel, accommodation, or transit costs beyond this radius will be subject to additional fees.
  • Hosting & Storage: Delivered films are hosted via Vidflow for ten (10) years in full resolution. Raw footage is securely retained for one (1) year from the wedding date, after which it is permanently deleted.

3. CORPORATE VIDEO PRODUCTION (SUMMARY)
For full commercial terms, please refer to your specific Production Agreement.

  • Pricing & VAT: All business-to-business (B2B) rates, day rates, and corporate packages quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to all invoices at the prevailing UK rate.
  • Payment Terms: Standard corporate invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • Licensing & Usage: Final products are licensed for organic, corporate, and internal business use worldwide upon receipt of full payment. Paid advertising, broadcast, or cinema usage requires an expanded licensing agreement.
  • Raw Footage: We are under no obligation to provide project files or raw footage. If agreed in writing, raw footage release is subject to a flat release fee of £1,000 + VAT per project.

4. LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

  • Michael Westcott Films Ltd maintains comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of the supply or non-supply of services shall be limited to the total value of the fee paid by the client.
  • Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website are subject to the laws of England and Wales or Scotland (as applicable based on your primary operating jurisdiction).
